The microclimate in the settlement depends on each family living there. And it is changeable, like the weather. But unlike the weather, we create the microclimate ourselves. I suppose some might say that we affect the weather, too…
How can we improve the spiritual weather and take steps towards unity?
I’ll tell you the simplest and perhaps most effective ways:
- Joint business, and, more simply, any work for the benefit of the settlement, the land and the universe
- Joint holidays, and most importantly preparing them together, even more significant than the holiday itself
- Evening gatherings by the fire with songs. At such moments, you form a common thought-image of the community together, and inspired collective thought works on the basis of the shout, “Hooray!”. We verified this many times.
- Joint activities like poetry evenings, a trip to the animal shelter, watching and discussing films, etc.
The most important thing is to see the meaning in all of this, to actually want to take steps to meet others, and to go ahead and begin. Most often difficulties arrive at the point of this first step… employment, family affairs, or grudges prevent you from making this tiny step towards others.
But what could be simpler? Just take a step and remember that only the one who walks will master the road.
