INFRASTRUCTURE
– Poured the primary layer for 8 km of internal roads.
– Launched a new entrance road.
– Built an asphalt entrance to the settlement.
– Made 7 new dams / reservoirs.
– Technical specifications for the settlement have been received, a project has begun to build a high-voltage power line.
– Guest house is 80% ready. We finished the heating, finishing the interior trim, we installed sanitary equipment.
– Began preparing for the plant nursery.
– Started to clean up and develop the land bordering the regional road.

FAMILY HOMESTEADS
Organizers of the settlement continue to develop their homestead sites:
– Chernyshevs planted trees,
– Bortnikov completed their house and workshop,
– In 2018, 17 families began to build on their homestead sites.

PLANTINGS
We planted more than 500 trees in the guest area of the settlement.

COMMUNITY
25 new families joined during the year
We held four general meetings of residents and held six subbotnik Saturday working bees.
The first festival took place in the settlement, it was the Petrushin family wedding
The consumer cooperative “Native estates” bought 2.5 hectares of land for its use. Thus the first public, common area appears among the inhabitants of the settlement.
