Do you accept only whole families in the settlement? Is there an age limit?
Yes, we take whole families but there are exceptions. We allocate 10% of the total population of the settlement to people without a family, giving them a chance to realize the dream of their own family estate and to start a family. We are open to people of any age.
How much money do I need to move?
We recommend for a full start at least 3 million rubles (AU$68,741), which includes the entrance fee (AU$22,914). This money will be needed for building a house and household premises, carrying out communications, buying seedlings for a garden and hedge, purchasing garden tools and building tools. It also includes capital for adaptation in the early stages of life in a settlement if there are no sources of passive income.

Can we make money living on the land?
Each family in the settlement will be able to do what they love. To do this, we have implemented several fields of work:
- Entrepreneurial activities for the marketing and sale of settlement products.
- Production of environmentally friendly products under a united settlement brand.
- Organization of ecotourism.
- Personal labor participation in Radosvet PRP* projects.
- Earnings from your favorite craft.
- Remote work via the Internet.
