MORE THAN 15 YEARS AGO IN RUSSIA A DREAM WAS BORN –
The dream of Family Homesteads, which will allow each Russian family to create their own small piece of the Homeland for themselves and their future generations.
Among the people, this idea has already been called the “Space of Love”. The way of life in such a Homestead fundamentally changes the system of relations not only in the family and society, but it returns a person to a lost relationship with the outside world of Nature, and creates conditions for a full family life in love and prosperity.
The idea is that:
• the land is allocated by the state free of charge for lifetime use
• land, real estate and anything produced on the Homestead are not taxed
• settlements are being created of Family Homesteads for 100-200 families, with all the necessary infrastructure to live
Over the years, the idea has been worked out at different levels by scientists, economists and entrepreneurs, and it turned out that its implementation opens the way to a solution to most issues, both at the level of a single family, and the state as a whole. Several projects have already been prepared for the possibility of mass implementation of such settlements on the territory of Russia.
The idea has found a response among millions of Russians. It was not easy to talk about it, but it began to be embodied even without waiting for the release of the relevant Law on Family Homesteads.
The growth of the number of Family Homesteads created in Russia:
2002 – 2013: 150 settlements, 1,500 families
2014: 220 settlements, 3,500 families
2015: 280 settlements, 6,500 families
2016: 320 settlements, 8,500 families
2017: 369 settlements, 10,000 families
According to unofficial data, families who are waiting for the implementation of the Law on Family Homesteads to begin building new settlements, and who are at the moment supporting the implementation of these ideas In the Saratov Region number MORE THAN 250,000!
WHAT IS LIFE ON THE FAMILY HOMESTEAD?
The homestead is a plot of at least 1 hectare of land, allowing the family to create its own corner of “paradise” on Earth. It is important that such a homestead does not require the special cultivation of land or sowing and therefore requires minimal maintenance, in contrast to the dacha sites that we are used to. Everything here seeks to help one another as friends: man – nature, and nature – man.
• a hedge-fence of trees, a dwelling house and other important family
buildings – a well, a bath-house (sauna), etc.
• one or more bodies of water, including a pond and springs.
• a forest with mushrooms, nuts and berries, and a great variety of cultivated crops
• living water and environmentally friendly products, promoting strengthening health and creating prosperity
• a strong family, happy children and harmonious relationships with neighbors, which are formed due to the very environment.
WHAT IS NECESSARY SO THAT EACH RUSSIAN FAMILY COULD CREATE A FAMILY HOMESTEAD?
THE “LAW ON FAMILY HOMESTEADS” IS NECESSARY!
In 2017 for the first time, a candidate was elected to the Saratov Regional Duma from the “Family Party”, a party created by the people to implement the idea of “Family Homesteads”.

The idea is described in a series of books by the author V.N. Megre, the “Ringing Cedars of Russia”. These books have become International best-sellers, translated into 25 languages. In Russia alone the circulation of books has reached 11 million copies.
